When we started thinking about the next chapter for our business, we spent a lot of time thinking about what we actually wanted Warburton Interiors to stand for.

The answer wasn't complicated.

It came back to something we've believed from the beginning: furniture should be made for the people who are going to live with it.

That's where our tagline comes from:

Bespoke furniture, built by our family for yours.

But what does that actually mean?

Bespoke means more than choosing a colour

When people hear the word "bespoke", they might think about choosing a finish, changing a few measurements or picking different handles.

For us, it's about much more than that.

Every home is different. Every room has its own challenges. And every family uses their space in a different way.

The right storage for a couple won't necessarily be right for a growing family. A wardrobe designed for someone with a large collection of clothes will be completely different from one designed for someone who prefers a more minimalist space.

That's why we don't believe in designing furniture around a standard set of measurements and asking your home to fit around it.

We start with the space, the people using it and what they actually need from it.

Built by our family

Warburton Interiors is a family-run business, and that's something we're proud of.

We're not a large company with layers of departments between you and the people creating your furniture.

You'll deal directly with us.

From the initial conversation and measuring your space through to designing, building and fitting your furniture, we remain involved throughout the process.

For us, that's important.

It means we know the project from beginning to end. We understand why certain decisions have been made, what the customer wants from the space and what matters to them.

It also means we can take real pride in the finished result.

When you've built something yourself and then see it in someone's home, it feels very different from simply supplying a product.

This is probably the most important part of our tagline.

We're not designing furniture for a showroom.

We're designing it for your home.

That might mean making use of an awkward alcove, working around an uneven wall, creating storage beneath a sloping ceiling or finding a better way to organise a small bedroom.

It might mean designing a wardrobe around your morning routine, creating a home office that works around the way you work, or making better use of a space that has always felt difficult to furnish.

The furniture needs to work for you.
