From First Chat to Finished Project and Beyond
Enquiry & Initial Chat
It all starts with a quick chat. Tell us about your project, send over a few photos or measurements, and we'll provide an initial estimate to help you understand what's possible before arranging a home visit.
Home Consultation
We'll visit your home to take detailed measurements, discuss your ideas and understand how you want the space to work. Whether it's a fitted wardrobe, home office, alcove storage or an awkward space that needs a clever solution, we'll talk through the options and answer any questions.
Design & Quotation
Using everything we've discussed, we'll create a design and quotation tailored specifically to your home and requirements. We believe in clear, honest pricing, so you'll know exactly what's included.
Made for Your Home
Once you're happy to go ahead, we begin manufacturing your furniture. Every piece is made to measure and built from scratch, ensuring a perfect fit and a truly bespoke finish.
Installation
We install everything ourselves, taking the same care and attention during installation as we do during manufacturing. We work cleanly, protect your home and treat your space with the respect it deserves.
Final Walkthrough & Aftercare
Before we leave, we'll carry out a final quality check and walk you through the finished furniture to make sure you're completely happy with every detail. And if you ever have any questions after installation, we're always just a phone call away.
